Return Period (90 days)
You have 90 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition in which you received it.

Be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

A return shipping label (if applicable).

Instructions on how and where to send the package.
⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the case and offer a solution (replacement, refund, etc.).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.).

Custom or personalized products.

Personal care items (for example, beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Right of Withdrawal (EU) – 14 days
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition described above (unused, with tags and original packaging), and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
